At Dr. Smith Optometry, we are patient advocates first and foremost.  We work hard to establish a friendly and professional environment where patients do not feel rushed.  We also embrace the best technology that the industry has to offer, to provide our patients with the most thorough and consistent care.  

Our current office (previously called the Young Eye Institute) was opened in 1992 by Dr. J.J. Young.  Dr. Smith was hired by Dr. Young to work for his practice in February of 1995.  After 2 years, Dr. Smith purchased the practice from Dr. Young, and has been the primary optometrist of Dr. Smith Optometry since then.
